Hello 11|28 Prayer Partners!
Happy April 28th! Thank you for praying with us and for us on the 28th day and throughout the month. We really are so thankful for you.
Some things we are thankful for:
— A week of rest recently in Sarasota, FL for our family.
— Natalia, a launch team member, led a team of women who hosted a girls conference for 25 local middle and high school students.
— Our launch team gathered in person for the first time on April 18th!
— We opened an 11|28 Community bank account on March 31st! This means we can now receive gifts directly and spend money when needed!
— Because of several very generous individual donors, $35,000 was given toward our launch budget in the last six weeks.
Specific things to be praying for:
— Ten Oak Creek families to join our team this month.
— Wisdom as we actively seek and have conversations about spaces we can rent or lease for gatherings this summer.
— Ten more churches to partner with us with $10,000 commitments – this would meet our entire external fundraising goal for 2021-2023.
— John and Kristin, launch team members, who sold their house and are looking for a place to call home in Oak Creek. (check out their story)
— That we would continue to connect with people naturally and notice the needs of the community as we do.
