HERE Devotional, Day 5
Day 5: The Lord Added to Their Number (Acts 2:47)
“And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.”
Reflection:
God’s work through the early church resulted in people coming to faith daily. When the church operates in unity, love, and devotion to God, He blesses it with growth. Evangelism is a natural outcome when believers live out the gospel in their everyday lives.
Prayer:
Pray for God to continue adding to His church. Ask Him to make you sensitive to opportunities to share the gospel with others, trusting Him to do the saving work.
Action:
Today, take a moment to share your faith or your story with someone, trusting that God can use your witness to draw them closer to Him.
