Our Lead Pastors
Meet MIKE & COLLEEN FRANCISCO co-pastors of 11|28 Community. They believe everyone should know the invitation Jesus has for them to Do Life Different and want to help you set rhythms and values with Jesus at the center!
Mike and Colleen (together) launched 11|28 Community in Oak Creek Wisconsin in October 2021. Starting a new church always felt like something they were not qualified or capable of doing. But after T E N years of putting it off and telling God “not yet”, they finally knew it was time.
Mike and Colleen’s journey is filled with doubts, hurts, frustration, and insecurity, but God prepared them to lead a church that is different – because the normal way of “doing church” left them feeling used, worn out, burned, and ready to call it quits.
Mike has a Master of Arts in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena California. Mike completed his undergrad studies at Greenville University in Greenville Illinois with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religion.
Colleen has a Master of Arts in Reading from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais Illinois. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Hope College in Holland Michigan.
